Valle Nuevo

Parque Nacional Valle Nuevo is a cold highland plateau of more than 2.200 meters in Constanza, where important rivers of the country rise and forests of native pine grow, including the famous dwarf forest. It also protects the Las Neblinas and Ébano Verde reserves, waterfalls and hot springs. In the winter months, frost and below-zero temperatures paint a landscape quite unlike the beach Caribbean, with trails, viewpoints and regulated camping areas.
