Playa Esmeralda

Playa Esmeralda, in Miches (El Seibo), is a beach of golden sand and calm waters on the bay, surrounded by coconut palms and mountains. Its gentle surf and peaceful atmosphere make it ideal for families and for strolling; in recent years resorts have opened in the area. Nearby are Laguna Redonda and Montaña Redonda, easy to combine in the same outing.
