Montaña Redonda

Montaña Redonda is a hill of about 310 meters above sea level, in Miches (El Seibo), about 80 km from Punta Cana, famous for its swings and giant brooms placed at the edge of the cliff. From the top you enjoy a 360-degree panorama of Laguna Redonda, Playa Esmeralda, the mountains and the Atlantic Ocean. You go up by 4x4 (or in the administration's pickup trucks for about RD$200 per person), and at the top there are hammocks, a craft shop and a café. Hours are from 8:00 to 18:00.
