Bayahibe / Dominicus

Bayahibe is a small fishing village in the southeast reconverted into the gateway to Parque Nacional del Este and Isla Saona. Its clear, calm waters are ideal for diving and snorkeling, with famous spots such as La Caleta del Pirata and the wreck of the Capitán Alsina. The nearby Dominicus area concentrates a wide range of all-inclusive resorts, making this destination an excellent base for day trips.
